Terms and Conditions for IDMA Services
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using any of the services provided by IDMA (hereinafter referred to as “IDMA”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use IDMA’s services.
2. Services Provided
IDMA provides digital marketing services, including website development, social media management, and on-demand hotel housekeeping manpower. The specific services offered and the scope of work will be outlined in a separate agreement between IDMA and the client.
3. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be agreed upon in writing between IDMA and the client. Invoices will be issued for services rendered. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension of services.
4. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights, including copyrights and trademarks, related to the services provided by IDMA remain the property of IDMA or its licensors. Clients retain ownership of their own content unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
5. Limitation of Liability
IDMA will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of its services. IDMA’s liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific services in question.
6. Governing Law
